For most of us normal folks, this is an expensive hotel for two nights. The room wasn’t ready on arrival after an overnight flight, which required a change to a different and lower room which was “the same.” Turns out you could hear and feel the underground every ten minutes. The second night the air conditioning went out and the staff was not equipped to handle the issue or compensate guests for the very uncomfortable night of sleep. There are probably much better options out there - I’d avoid this place.

Bit of a “bait and switch” as we say in the States. We were led to believe our suite would have a view of Tower Bridge…nope train depot. Good thing the room was soundproof. That perk ended up being negated by the fact that AC went out during a 50 year London heatwave, so we had to keep the window open. No sleep 2 of the 5 nights. Factor in the clogged sink and washing machine drain and one might want to be prepared to spend a significant amount of time on the phone with the front desk. Aesthetically, the room was nice. The restaurant was passable… don’t plan to bring in your own bottle of water though, wouldn’t want to rip them off after all. Safe travels.

The Air con wasn't cold enough I instructed 2 single beds, when we got to the room there was 1 double bed, house keeping came to reconfigure the bed. The pillows were awful, not firm enough and no options for change

Fantastic from for a family of four exploring London. The room had everything we needed, including laundry in the apartment. The location was perfect, an easy walk to the tower and tower bridge. The Tower Hill tube station took us everywhere else that we wanted to go. Hop on hop off buses pick up right across the street from the hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Everything in the hotel and the area was incredibly clean. And as a last point in its favor, the hotel restaurant, Cento Alla Torre was terrific and we had an easy delicious dinner there after checking in thoroughly jet lagged and needing a pick me up.

Spacious and clean. Luxury executive suite with kitchenette was well stocked. Pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware. Two burner stovetop. Microwave. Washer and dryer. Dishwasher. Large spacious living room with sofa bed. Thick black-out curtains to darken the room. Kitchenette separating the bedroom and living room with a large countertop. Bedroom has a sitting vanity area. Two USB outlets at each bedside table. Two large closets to hang clothing with drawers. Ironing board and iron. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom with a heated wall behind the towel rack. Extra large towels. Liquid hand soap, Body Wash, shampoo, and conditioner at the sink and in the shower. Daily water bottles and biscuits/cookies. Very clean. Location was fantastic!! The only thing I would suggest is some kind of shutter or shade to close for privacy at the bedroom side of the kitchenette countertop between the living room and bedroom.

The staff was very responsive and attentive. They kept my room clean and tidy. Great location for catching the underground, jumping onto the hop on hop off tour, cross town boats and London Bridge. Lots to see within walking distance.

Told at check-in that my room wasn't ready (fair enough, it was noon) but asked would I allow him to upgrade me to an "apartment" which was available immediately. Assuming gold status upgrade of course I agreed, only to be told he would charge the difference from my room booking! No thanks!! The room was fine but the shower had a raw sewage smell which, although not strong, permeated the whole room. I wasnt asked at checkout how my stay was so I left the sweage smell issue with them. Mattress was very firm/basic.

We recently stayed at Tower Suites by Blue Orchid and had a generally pleasant experience, though there are a few things to keep in mind. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean and modern, with a sleek design and an excellent location. Being just a short walk from the underground tube station was incredibly convenient and made getting around London very easy. However, the room design felt a bit impractical, especially for more than one person. The open-concept layout meant there was no real privacy between the sleeping area and the bathroom space. The toilet and shower were not separated, so only one person could use the facilities at a time, which made getting ready a bit slow. The space was also a bit tight, and the pillows were quite thin, which impacted our comfort during sleep. Overall, it’s a clean and stylish hotel in a great location, but be aware of the layout limitations if you’re traveling with a companion or as a family. It might be best suited for solo travelers or couples who don’t mind a lack of privacy.

Great location. Large room and bathroom with great amenities available in room (washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, daily replenish of water and snacks). Clise to tube station, LDR and walking distance to tower bridge and Tower of London. A great place for families who are planning to stay for extended period of time in London. The only issue was the elevators. Very few and slow.

Our stay was amazing. I contacted th Hotel, letting them know am bringing a friend for her birthday. They said they can do a complimentary card. They had also upgraded our room. As we walked in the card and a box of chocolates was waiting on the table. The little touch made my friend really happy. A good start to our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The hotel was walking distant to The Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Good view of the Shard. We had a wonderful stay. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Liked the spaciousness of the room just as pictured, and the attentiveness of staff, specifically Gabriel. He showed us how to use the Tube and actually walked us to the station, made restaurant reservations for us & was just very helpful and amiable. Liked that the Tube was so close and the many beautiful landmarks close by so that one could just walk to them. The food at dining room was very good, just felt place was a little understaffed for so many people. Otherwise, this hotel was excellent. Would stay again and recommend to others.

We traveled with our teens, the hotel was spacious, clean and beautiful. The staff was helpful and kind. We enjoyed the surroundings as well, really close to Tower of London, and restaurants.
