I called at 5am to see if I could get an earlier check in, and was told yes that noon would work. I arranged my schedule and was excited to nap and have some down time, I was told that was not correct and I could not check in until 3. Thankfully they were able to accommodate a nice bathroom to freshen up in, I grabbed lunch, then had to wait 2 more hours to get our room.. oh well I guess. We ordered room service after some phone misunderstandings I thought we were good! Around 35/40 minutes later I was called to ask what the entree I ordered was.. the tenderloin.. so not super hard I believe. Then was called about 2 minutes later again saying everything else is ready and should be up and the entree was being cooked.. told her I have to leave very soon so how much longer and was told a short time frame. I was then called again very soon and a man told me everything is being cooked and should be to me within 20-30 minutes and would be on them.. unfortunately we had to go and were left without being able to eat or drink during our stay since we had to leave at 3 am to the airport, honestly very disappointed since this hotel seemed very nice
