Overall it was very impressive staying here, only the hot water shower could be upgraded again, because waiting for the hot water is quite long while the weather there is very cold. But if there is a chance, I still want to stay here again, in my opinion the Best staycation place👍💯

When you want to take a shower, the water often goes out. So does the hot water. TV channels often don't appear. The room is not very clean. A star hotel feels like a non-star hotel.

The water heater was not working for a while, but was quickly fixed. The choice of breakfast menu variations is okay, the taste is also good. The most impressive thing is the view which is indeed stunning. The staff is friendly & helpful. Overall very recommended staycation here

The view is amazing. The staff were very friendly. It 's not a cheap hotel but there 's not much facilities. Like there is no hand towel, no hair dryer, wifi connection super bad, also the toilet was not clean. My wife was very strict about cleanliness of toilet and she was having a difficult time during our stay. We suggested that you renovate the toilet and do a proper cleaning. The restaurant for public was good! Breakfast (take away) was so so.

The view is beautiful, but there aren't many photo spots. The deluxe double room has no view at all + connecting room which disturbs privacy, the sound from the next room is very intrusive and even the sound of chatting can be heard clearly. For a room measuring 1.2 million, the bathroom water is stagnant, the shower water is also not good, the warm water can't run continuously. The wifi is slow. The breakfast food is quite delicious but there is very little variety. Overall, the price of 1.2 million is not worth it.

Location: Downtown (L) Environment and Scenery: The hotel boasts breathtaking views of the surrounding area. 🌆. Staff: The staff members were exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. 👏. Room: Unfortunately, the room fell short. It was dirty, which was disappointing given the overall charm of the hotel. 🧹. Toilet: The toilet was in dire need of cleaning, and the flushing experience was less than pleasant. 🚽. In summary, while the environment and staff were top-notch, the room cleanliness and toilet condition left much to be desired. Hopefully, the hotel management addresses these issues promptly. 🏨.

Staf ramah, resto makanan ok dan harga terjangkau. Tapi. Kondisi kamar banyak kotoran, debu dan yang paling mengejutkan adalah adanya laba-laba hitam besar yang merayap pada tepat di lampu atas ranjang pd malam hari sehingga tidur kami tidak bisa tenang. Hadeeh. Kamar mandi juga kurang bersih, dinding bawah kamar juga banyak sarang laba-laba. Padahal harga kamar 1,4 juta/malam tp tidak tenang sewaktu istirahat dan kurang worthit harga segitu! Kecewa iya! Mohon diperhatikan lagi kebersihan kamarnya!

Harga makanan terjangkau, sayur buah segar 👍 ada sisa debu di perabot kamar perlu dibersihkan lagi.

Staff sangat membantu khususnya dalam mengantarkan paket sarapan menjadi lunch box ke kamar-kamar, luwes juga untuk jam check out jam 12 lewat karena menunggu keluarga selesai solat Jumat. Lokasi masjid sangat dekat hotel 👍. Saran untuk penerangan kamar superior perlu ditingkatkan seperti kamar deluxe agar tidak remang-remang, dan tambah vitrase putih dibalik gorden agar bisa lihat pemandangan dari kamar tanpa terlihat isi kamar dari luar

Kalo mau tour ke Bromo yang privat, saya sarankan menginap di penginapan sekitar Bromo. Salah satu alternative pilihannya adalah hotel Bawangan yang view nya kece banget, bangunan unik dan staff nya ramah-ramah. Jarak hotel ke gunung bromo cukup dekat, naik motor (bisa sewa motor trail) 15 menit. Jadi yang mau iseng pagi pagi ke Bromo tanpa tour bisa langsung cuss

Kami sangat kecewa dengan pelayanannya, sudah booking jeep di hotel beberapa hari sebelum tgl kami menginap dan dari pihak hotel sudah mengiyakan, di hari H kami menginap di jam 9 malam baru dikabarkan bahwa jeepnya tidak ada karena kehabisan, ada tapi dikenakan biaya hampir 2x lipat. Tolong diperbaiki lagi pelayanannya.

I've wanted to stay here for a long time but it's always fully booked, thank God I can finally stay here too, the place is very nice. Quiet atmosphere. With a beautiful hill view, clean and fragrant rooms. The breakfast menu provided is also very complete with a delicious taste. 10/10. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Bawangan Bromo ❤️

Tempat dengan pemandangan yang sangat indah. Pelayanan juga baik. Makanan standart. Kebersihan cukup baik hanya kamar mandi agak lembap dan air panas kurang stabil (bisa tiba-tiba dingin sendiri, bisa tiba-tiba panas sendiri padahal sudah diarahkan ke posisi panas/hangat namun masih bisa tiba-tiba dingin). Hotel yang hampir sempurna jika toilet tidak lembab dan air panas stabil.
