The hotel was very comfortable and in a great location. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too high for my head. The room was clean and had a refrigerator. What I also liked was the two 1000ml bottles of water in the room, which you can refill yourself in the hallway. It's rare to find a hotel that provides this much water. There was a slight downside, as the room wasn't very soundproof, but it didn't disrupt my rest.

Entering the villa area, we were greeted by a murky plunge pool, probably due to the rain, and lots of dry leaves. The staff who escorted us to the villa had already seen it, but the answer was, "Okay, I'll ask later," so we cleaned it ourselves that afternoon and morning. After arriving on a day where we couldn't get an early check-in exemption, even though we had to pay, because our train arrived in the morning. On our return the next day, during breakfast, we had just arrived in our room at 8 a.m., and a WhatsApp chat already popped up with a reminder to prepare for check-out. There was also no late check-out exemption, even though we had to pay. The fatigue from the day before was barely over, and we had to rush to leave the villa, which we found a bit pricey compared to the 4-star or even 5-star hotels we usually stay in when we return to Solo, let alone after such an experience. It wasn't a homey experience for the first time. The noise from the parking lot was also very disturbing, very different from what was in the reviews circulating, the staff lacked smiles, their speaking style was polite but it felt more like they were giving instructions, it just didn't seem welcoming, with a pile of fatigue and drowsiness after spending the night on the train followed by half a day or more wandering around the city waiting for check-in time, we could only respond briefly, oh I see or okay.

I've stayed at JW Naungan more than six times. Just yesterday, February 7th, I got a cramped room. Getting in and out was a bit of a hassle because it was so close to the toilet. The bathroom drain was clogged, and when I took a shower, there was always a puddle of water.

A new hotel, a hidden gem, in the heart of Solo, with a comfortable location. Ample parking and a cafe-shop.

My two-night stay here was excellent. The hotel is very close to Solo Balapan Station and several culinary spots, making it easy for tourists to access. It's also easy to find and has ample parking for both cars and motorcycles, ensuring safe parking. The staff is very friendly and responded quickly to my concerns. My room's air conditioning leaked, but it was quickly repaired. The breakfast options are quite varied and delicious. Unfortunately, it was raining, so I didn't have time to try swimming. Next time, I'll try booking a villa for a more private experience.

It's a fun, well-maintained place. I hope the food will be more varied. It's just a shame you only get Americano coffee; you have to pay for latte.

Check-in is at 2:00, but you can leave your luggage with the front desk before you go out to eat. The hotel is nice and comfortable, but the room I stayed in was a bit cramped, so you have to be smart about where you're supposed to pray. There's a swimming pool, so the kids loved it. It's close to restaurants. Overall, for the price, it's still acceptable.

We arrived before check-in time, so we were asked to wait in the lobby. Thankfully, when we arrived, we were given our room key. The room was modern and clean, but lacked a smart TV or Android TV. The breakfast menu was interesting and suited my son's tastes. The hotel is located close to the Gembira Loka Zoo.

Overall, it's great, but it's a bit cramped. Not toddler-friendly. Lots of dangerous corners.

everything is ok except the bathroom, especially the closet area, the floor is level with the room so water can leak into the room area

The room is small but quite good, there is a water heater for drinking coffee, there is a place for suitcases and hangers, only the bathroom shower is not comfortable because the water that comes out of the shower hurts the skin. Adjusting the water pressure can be slow or strong, it still hurts like being pricked by a needle. It shouldn't be a model like that, this is a big family vacation and everyone said the shower is uncomfortable and hurts the skin.

The hotel is minimalist but what I like is because the choice of furniture is just right, making it aesthetic but not too much gimmicks, and it's also very clean. I feel like I've found a really clean hotel recently. Usually there's still at least a little dust, but this one seems very clean, the location is also in the middle of the city, it's easy to go anywhere, the staff are also friendly. I will come here again if I go to Solo, it suits my heart 🩷
