My Points

I was very disappointed until I got there. It was night and there was no one on guard. The position of the child is sick again. Had to check again at another hotel. Really disappointing!

Saya sangat kecewa sampai sana Sudah malam malah tidak ada yang jaga. Posisi anak sakit lagi. Terpaksa cekin lagi dihotel yang lain. Benar-benar mengecewakan!

The room does not match the photo. Hot water does not function, wifi is off, tv has no channels. There is no guest drinking water in the room, no toothbrush.

Kamar tidak sesuai foto. Air panas tidak fungsi, wifi mati, tv gak ada saluran. Air minum tamu di kamar tidak ada, sikat gigi tidak ada.
