Will come back again, the room AC is cold, the cleanliness is very satisfying.

Strategic location close to tourist & culinary areas in Seminyak, okay rooms, okay & fast service. Hairdryer can be requested from the receptionist because it is not provided in the room.

in the room the thermos was crusty when we wanted to use it... so we asked for a replacement.. there was no spoon/stirrer, there was only tissue in the toilet, only a roll... the trash can was also only in the bathroom... breakfast was not buffet, you had to choose 1 item & there was free coffee, snacks etc.. even though the price was also standard with other hotels that I visited... I was not satisfied with staying here...

I was assigned to the 6th floor and got a semi-rundown shower. The room floor feels tacky like it hasn't been mopped thoroughly, didn't get a new towel change, dirty bathroom mirror, and sink tap with water stains on them. I got noisy neighbors and heard clearly what they chat about, so the wall should be super thin.

But all is good for me with Nikhila.

Always stay here every time I go to Bali. But this time I was not satisfied because I remembered there was a hair dryer, but this time there wasn't, the floor was really dirty when I first arrived, and the breakfast wasn't a buffet.

The staff is friendly, but for facilities such as hair dryers are not available directly in the room so you have to ask for it first at the front desk and the hair dryer given is not hot enough and does not dry hair quickly. The rest is good.

Sometimes it is more dusty, please mop the floor.

The standard room is very good, maybe lacking because the towels look dull even though they smell of laundry.

I was staying during Nyepi day, it was the best decision. The food was good, the staff also friendly, they sell snacks and some ice cream. The location is in the heart of Seminyak but secluded enough from the noise.

The breakfast is only 1 menu per person, so you can't try other things for breakfast. The room is clean. The staff is ok and fast to respond. The location is strategic

Small room, only for travelers who just want to sleep without expecting any facilities, because the hotel's location is very strategic in the busy center of Bali, so it's okay.

More important all staff now had a big smile and welcomeness, very friendly 👍👍👍great, feels like back home 😊😊

Helpful very friendly and helpful. The room was great and clean. Located in the center of bar and cafes. You just have to walk 2 min to enjoy the bar and cafes.
