The hotel does not allow early check-in. But when I arrived at 2am (I had left my suitcase with them), the hotel did not help me bring my suitcase in first and just left it in the hallway. Otherwise, the bed and room were fine for that price.

Yes, the hotel's check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is before 12:00 p.m. This is our policy, so we hope you understand. In case we have a room early, we will support you soon. However, at that time, we do not have a room available. For the luggage that customers have sent, if the customer does not notify in advance or request to bring the luggage into the room, we will not be allowed to touch or move the luggage. The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is very clean, cleaned every day, to district 1 it takes 20 minutes by Grab car.. to the airport it takes 15 minutes by Grab car.. worth the price, there are also many food stalls around the hotel.

The location is what I want as its near the airport and near some supermarket like lotte mart. The staff was very accomodating with my request and give me aome good recommendation. The room was comfy enough to rest after a whole day tour in the city. Also I love that they have netflix and youtube channel I can watch on my free time. Will come back again for sure

The room is relatively clean, but the towels are still stained with many stains and are even torn, which looks very unfriendly. The shower gel tank has been empty for a long time but has not been replaced by the staff.
