Asked for 1 mattress but was given 2 mattresses and made into 1, not comfortable to sleep on.

I stayed for 4 days because I accompanied my husband on business in Bitung city. The hotel atmosphere was comfortable, the staff were friendly. There was a problem with the TV remote not working and it was quickly replaced with a new one.

This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel, the towel touched my forehead line a little bit, the car was 35,500, the service was terrible

The check-in process is slow, and the check-out process is also slow, even though it's not a resort with an in-house bill or balance that guests must pay. The room was prepaid, but the check-in process still took a long time. Some front desk staff need to be reminded of the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for hospitality. Thank you

The hotel staff is friendly and kind. The only thing that is less than satisfying is the view from the room window because it doesn't have a view of the sea or mountains ☺️

the hotel is good.. strategic location.. but maybe the hotel staff should be better in serving hotel guests.. I stayed with only my mother and my little nephew, so I was the only one who could carry things like suitcases and other bags. if there is no staff who can carry things, please at least open the hotel door (the hotel door is not an automatic door so it has to be opened and closed manually).. well because the door was not opened, I was the one who had to lift the things plus open the hotel door too, going back and forth like that.. from here I already felt uncomfortable, but never mind maybe the staff were not trained for that.. about the facilities, only toothbrush and 3 in 1 soap (shampoo + conditioner + soap) were provided, but it's okay, I often bring it from home so it's not a problem for me.. breakfast is simple but quite tasty.

I initially had an argument with the receptionist regarding the default room type. I initially wanted a non-smoking room, even though the app had already selected non-smoking. The information was that their standard operating procedure (SOP) was to give a non-smoking room if the customer didn't request it in the app. I found this very odd. However, in the end, the receptionist agreed to provide a non-smoking room for me.

The lack of smiles from the hotel staff made the atmosphere a bit awkward.

Everything is good, only the administration when checking in is too long and manual, in this era which is already advanced and has used digitalization in all fields.
