The hotel could actually be better, but it's a shame it's poorly maintained. The hotel staff is lacking (limited). There's no Wi-Fi, even though it says it does. The television channels are limited. The bathroom's ceiling directly overlooks the drainpipes from the room above, which drip and smell every time the upstairs is used. There's minimal lighting at night. Many of the hotel's facilities are poorly maintained. There's no intercom in the rooms.

Actually, the location is strategic near the highway and Indomaret, only the car park is very narrow, the wifi in the upper room is not connected, the bathroom is not very clean, the bed sheets have dirty spots, maybe it is comparable to the price of around 280 thousand, hopefully the facilities will be improved and the main building will be renovated to be more comfortable and more modern.

Lokasi strategis, dekat taman ghanjaran dan minimarket. Saya pesan kamar deluxe double. Dapat kamar No. 16. Kasurnya udah waktunya ganti, per nya kena badan sakit. Closet ga bisa di flush, padahal airnya lancar. Kamar mandi bau banget. Ga ada amenities (air mineral, sabun, shampoo, water heater, dan lain-lain) jadi kesulitan kalo bawa batita yang masih minum sufor. Ga ada tempat sampah, minimal 1lantai tuh sediakan 1tempat sampah gede, masak iya tong sampah cuma di deket lobby? Selimut banyak noda. Untungnya TV bisa nyala, dan kolam renang lumayan bersih. Maaf, saya review apa adanya yang saya alami.

Close to the Sumber Gempong tourist location and Ghanjaran Park. The room was okay, but when I stayed there was no TV broadcast at all because it said it was under maintenance. Maybe you could add a water dispenser for guests if they need hot water. I often take my toddler with me to make milk, to the point where I'm reluctant to ask the front liner for help going back and forth to get hot water and it seems a bit far to get it. Service is okay, in my opinion the rooms are adequate.

The accommodation look exactly like picture, the air conditioner need check and not cold enough. The room was clean, enjoy stay at there.
