First time trying a pod hotel like this... the bed is spacious, the AC is really cold, the bathroom on the 2nd floor is clean and there is soap too... but if you chat, don't be too loud because you might disturb the neighbors. Overall, I recommend it. The plus point is that it is right in Malioboro. Good 🫰

My first experience staying at Bobopod was actually quite enjoyable. The room was clean, and the air conditioning was cool. Although small, it was comfortable. The location is strategic, right outside Malioboro Street. The staff is also friendly.

Perfect for a transit hotel... Very friendly service... There are many pods up to the 3rd floor, although the entrance is small, but it's actually spacious and there's a hangout spot upstairs too... The location is right on Malioboro Street, next to Jogja Pasar Raya, near Starbucks. I stayed here for 2 nights, and it was quite comfortable for a capsule hotel... The downside is that it's not soundproof, so you can definitely hear other people's footsteps. The bathroom is very clean, even though it's shared, but it's cleaned regularly, and the staff checks every few hours.

My three-night stay at Bobopod Malioboro was very memorable. The location is strategic, with plenty of culinary options and souvenir shops just a short walk away. The staff was very friendly, and the room and bathroom were very clean. If I ever return to Yogyakarta, I'll definitely stay at Bobopod again.

The room is clean, cool, and strategically located in the heart of Malioboro. However, the Earth Double is incredibly noisy; you can hear people running around. I'd recommend booking an upstairs room next time. It's a shame there's no parking, so if you bring a car, you'll have to pay an additional 30,000 Rupiah for motorcycles (per 12 hours).

Walk straight out the door to Malioboro. It's a 10-minute walk from Tugu Station. The strategic location is adjacent to Punokawan souvenir shops and directly across from the Malioboro 2 bus stop, making it perfect for taking the Transum. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but the hot water option in the shower doesn't work (it's not hot).

It's quite worth it in the city center with easy access to everywhere, and the good thing is that you can check in early, at least the water heater has been able to take 2 showers without any flashes/warm. Other than that, it's really worth it and highly recommended for those who are looking for minimalist accommodation without reducing its function.
