Resepsionis bersikeras bilang jam 14.00 baru bisa masuk ke kamar, padahal masih banyak kamar yang kosong, dia bilang kalau mau masuk ke kamar sebelum jam 14.00 akan di kenakan biaya 30% dari harga kamar. Kurang lebih 4 jam saya duduk di lobby, menunggu sampai jam 14.00. Padahal badan capek dan ingin istirahat. Pas masuk ke dalam kamar, saya liat cuma di sediakan handuk lusuh dan tidak di berikan sabun mandi.
