There was a staff member who never greeted us when we asked. On our third day of stay, our room wasn't cleaned by housekeeping, as shown in the photos. The bed wasn't made, the towels were still piled up, the floor wasn't swept, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, and our breakfast drinks from the previous day weren't brought out. When we complained at checkout, she said she forgot, without any guilt. The housekeeper didn't apologize to us; only the receptionist did. There are still hotels like this with poor service and quality staff in Padang. For comfort.
