We rented 2 adjacent rooms: 1903, 1905.
Room 1903: the interior of the room is good and sufficient, most of the room is clean, the wardrobe is damp and moldy, the hot water is smooth, the AC is smooth, the electricity token often sounds on the second day (you are not too aware that it is the electricity token).
Room 1905: the interior of the room is sufficient, there is a chair with a backrest missing, the wardrobe door cannot be moved at all so the wardrobe can hardly be used, the room area and part of the bathroom are quite clean, the sink area is dirty and slimy, the water tap where the dishes are washed is a bit loose so the water keeps dripping, on the second day the electricity token often sounds (you are not too aware that it is the electricity token), on the third day at 5.33 am the electricity went out completely, the manager was contacted but did not answer, was contacted at 8 am but still not answered, and finally called back at 8.34 am.
For the 3-hour power outage that was disturbing, disturbed sleep, and caused chaos in the morning that disrupted the day's schedule, the management only gave an additional 1 hour check-out time until 13.00, or our deposit was deducted.
The management did not apologize until asked why there was no apology for the unpreparedness of this electricity quota.
