Actually this villa could be a potential that is very worthy of a visit, considering the very strategic location, very close to the Cipanas presidential palace, and also close to Cibodas, and very strategically located in the center of Cipanas city, where the market is close, the mall is close, and other public facilities are very close, it's just that maybe there needs to be a major improvement in room facilities, but considering the price is quite cheap, maybe the management is short of funds in terms of maintenance, actually I am one of the regulars who stay here, in the past when it was about 2 years ago, the facilities were still complete, but now it has started to lack maintenance, such as the TV that is dead, the water heater is dead, and the sofa is not clean, I am sure if it is better maintained and like before, maybe this is the most worth it lodging with its price range, but overall everyone can still enjoy a vacation there, because there are swimming pool facilities that can be freely used, there is also a children's playground, and a basketball/futsal court,,, the point is I can still enjoy it even though there are many shortcomings,,, I hope the manager can return to maintaining this lodging like before

Villa langganan dan favorit untuk staycation atau transit setelah mudik. Harga murah, mamangnya baik2, lokasi strategis dekat dengan istana cipanas, nyaman banget - fasilitas oke, jangan dibandingkan dengan hotel ⭐ ya. Untuk harga segini, sangat worthy guys!

Penginapan favorit dari tahun 2019. Sampai sudah akrab sama mamangnya. Harga murah, lokasi strategis, kebersihan ok. Tidak ada AC dan tidak perlu AC, karena adem dan kalo malam dingin dingin sejuk gitu. Ada TV, sofa, meja makan, piring+gelas+sendok, dan dispenser di ruang tengah untuk dipakai bersama. Kamar mandi sharing, jadi bagi kalian yang butuh privasi mungkin pilih yang guest house. Untuk harga segini, mantap banget sih. Heran kalau masih ada yang komplain ini itu. By the way, indah banget kalo pagi-pagi, bangun tidur keluar kamar dikasih pemandangan indah pegunungan.

Nice room, WiFi connection is good, bathroom shared but clean, nice staff, and there's a swimming pool. 1.5 km up from the villa, there are beautiful views.

First of all, the bed was nice, when I came back I got a very thin mattress, the bed was rickety but the TV was on, there was a gallon of water. Take a warm shower but the warm water takes a while to come out. That's all, thank you.

When he arrived, the receptionist's booth was empty. We were told to just wait without being directed to a proper waiting area. The room shown apparently has a sharing bathroom outside. The room and surrounding area smelled strongly of cigarettes. In front of the unit door there were used condoms. When asked for a refund, the hotel stated that it was entirely the online agent's decision and they had not even received the money. A few moments later an email arrived stating that the hotel was not willing to issue a refund. Waste of time, bad experience and lost money.

The clean room is quite ok for an overnight stay. It's just a shame that the toilet is shared with other rooms and there is only 1 toilet.

Alhamdulillah sesuai dengan harapan. Villanya bersih, view-nya Masya Allah cantik luar biasa. Lokasinya juga stategis, ga jauh dari jalan raya Puncak. Ruangannya cukup bersih, sprei cukup bersih. Kamar mandi share, tapi cukup bersih dengan fungsi toilet kran masih sangat bagus. Thanks a lot Villa Agape. 😘.
