The service is good, responsive and the breakfast is delicious.

They wanted to give us a very bad room, with a tiny bed and a strong smell of mold. We complained, that we had not booked this room and they offered us another one an wanted us to pay 150.000 rp more for it. In the end we made them give us a normal room without extra payment, but it was a hard arguing. In the room was only one small bed sheet and one towel for two persons. We had to argue again and it was not easy to get another towel and sheet. Horrible experience, don't go there.

Untuk harga segini bener-bener oke banget,+ kamarnya sangat bersih. + pelayanan ramah. + chat Whatsapp pihak hotelnya juga sangat responsif. + minta early check in dan alhamdulillah gak ada tambahan biaya dong! 🤩. + recommended nanti kalo ke Ende bakal nginep di sini lagi. + deket bandara. FYI, kalo pilih kamar yang tipe biasa gak ada lemari (tetap ada hanger untuk gantung pakaian), manual closet tanpa tabung flush, no toiletries item. Overall puas sih! Pemiliknya juga ramah banget nyapa kami saat mampir ☺️ cuma ada foto bagian luarnya aja soalnya kamar lagi berantakan hehe

Tempatnya luas, bersih dan bagus cuma saran saja kalau ada tamu yang datang check in sudah jam 12 malam ke atas itu diminta sama tamunya supaya tidak bersuara keras atau sampai ribut-ribut karena dapat mengganggu orang yang sudah istirahat 🙏.

A quiet, comfortable and inexpensive accommodation in Ende City. One of the places I recommend for short term stay. It's just that it's a bit difficult to find food at night because it's a bit far from the city center. Overall I am satisfied staying here.
