Good experience to stay here. Room space, center of cawang office area, near from halim airport and many other advantages.

Its recommend for everyone who want to stay for business or leasure trip.

Only need clean up more, it will be perfect room.

Unfriendly service, used bathroom not cleaned, hair on pillows and sheets.

There were lots of small cockroaches when I entered the room.

Bed sheet en pillow cover must selfwashing en all wat you want to used must first your self washing. Balcony Floor seem never sweef by attendant or clean up. Checks first by every box! Can be you find little crocoach.

Hopefully in the future things will be better for everyone.

The room very messy and dirty, so many cockroach, bedsheets and floor also dirty.

Kamar nya kotor banyak banget kecoa, sampai beli bay*n untuk semprot di kamar. Kasur nya juga udah jelek, kerasa rangka kasur nya kalau kita tidur. Untuk handuk juga dikasih yang jelek, udah robek robek pinggiran handuk nya.

Masuk kamar pengap dan bau sprei londrynya bikin mual.

AC nya hanya angin aja, kamar mandi kotor, kamar pengap saya book 2 hari, 1 hari pertama hanya bertahan 4 jam aja trus kita keluar ganti hotel, hari kedua kita biarin gitu aja.

Book this unit only for transit (short rest, shower and change clothes for your reception at 19.00), arriving at the apartment 13.30. Dinfo check in at 14.00. Until 14.30 we were delivered to the unit. Ordered 2 bedrooms. Given a studio unit. After complaining, I was exchanged for a 2 bedroom unit. At 15.00 the 2 bedroom unit's electricity kept going off. When complained, the answer was: the bathroom lights were turned off. Overload. Even though we only use AC. Just keep dying. Complained, no response. Finally we showered without electricity (lighting using a cellphone flashlight). Dress up and change clothes without air conditioning. At 18.00 check out immediately. What a disappointment

Apartemen yang sangat nyaman, dan tentunya worth it, pelayanan ramah, selain itu fasilitas seperti dapur dan alat makannya lengkap.

The dirty place smells like it's been used by someone and hasn't been cleaned.

Easy check in, clean room, cool AC, available stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, there are cutlery but no glasses, thx all.

Very friendly service, the place is also clean, smells good, very satisfied.

Bersih, wangi, rapih, view nya bagus, juara banget dengan harga relatif murah. Petugasnya juga ramah, hanya saja agak susah kalau mau early check in (tergantung tamu yang menginap di hari sebelumnya), but overall recommended place 👍
