1. Check-in was not as promised. It was possible at 1:00 PM, but cleaning was still being done, and we weren't allowed to enter until 2:10 PM because the floor was still wet (freshly mopped). 2. The stove was broken, so a technician had to be called. 3. Towels and slippers arrived late.

Vila sangat bagus, view bagus, wangi, cuma sangat disayangkan staff perempuannya, dari yang mulai bersih-bersih dan resepsionisnya agak jutek ya, kalau yang cowok malah ramah-ramah, tolong jangan jutek-jutek, saya sering menginap di hotel bintang 5, staff ramah semua.

Akomondasi dan fasilitas sangat bersih dan lengkap, peralatan memasak juga lengkap. Fan staff yang ramah.

Saya & keluarga menginap 2 malam di unit D1 yang 2 kamar dan pemandangan tidak sepenuhnya gunung karena terhalang oleh bangunan villa lainnya, tapi menurut saya cukuplah, karena terlihat pemandangan gunungnya dari ruang keluarga dan 2 kamar di atas. Saat check in diminta untuk deposit 2 juta, saat check out dikembalikan semua, karena saat pengecekan tidak ada fasilitas yang hilang ataupun rusak. Lokasi villa mudah diakses karena tidak jauh ke jalan raya. Keamanan terjamin. Fasilitas lengkap sekali baik di dapur, kamar, hiburan dan lain-lainnya. Disediakan juga alat untuk bbq. Untuk kebersihannya juga bagus. Hanya kursi yang outdoor untuk berjemur kotor sekali, saat awal masuk banyak sarang laba-laba tapi bisa minta pihak villa untuk bersihkan. Insha Allah akan balik lagi ke sini untuk staycation. Terima kasih Marseillia Hills.

Lovely place and pet friendly.

The place is really nice and cool and good for family gatherings, only if the guest hasn't come out of the cleaners, don't rush in, even though it's only half past 11, so we're done, hurry because someone already cleaned the inside room.

Staf sudah berkerumun di depan taman villa tempat menginap. Dalam jumlah banyak, check out jam 12.00, jam 8.30 sudah pada berkerumun di depan villa. Sampai malu ngelihatnya. Ngga sopan aja. Jarak dari 8.30 ke jam 12.00 masih lumayan untuk menikmati villa sebenarnya, udah gitu dari segitu banyaknya orang. Satu pun ngga ada yang nolongin naikin barang ke mobil. Padahal basa basi aja dah seneng loh saya. Pokoknya kecewa. Segerombolan orang di depan villa kita pagi pagi. Ngga enak banget. Apalagi hari masih pagi.

Our family is satisfied to stay at this villa, the villa is clean, the view is beautiful. But for karaoke & floaties there is an additional rental price per day. That's what makes it a minus. It is better if the initial price for renting a villa is considered again for all existing facilities. So that there are no additional costs for karaoke, like other villas at Puncak that provide karaoke facilities for free. Thanks Marseillia Hills, Thanks.

Nice and clean villa. Children enjoy staying here. Helpful very helpful. But last night (from another Villa complex) there was Karaoke until morning, it was very disturbing so I couldn't sleep :(.
