Beautiful private rooms. Loved the outdoor shower in our room. It felt very private. Only thing is there is no front desk person which is a little weird but it’s easy once you figure it out virtually.

Had the opportunity to meet the owner manager and his wife, real nice people. Cosy place to hang your hat for the night. Would highly recommend.

I did not like the self check in and no one at the desk our entire stay. Location was great and room was fine, however there is no TV or off street parking.

Stayed at La Tulumeña for 9 and enjoyed it a lot! An amazing environment and set-up, bo-ho chic style, great drink options! Recommend it to everyone.

I booked here for a quick three day trip with my husband. It is a cute boutique hotel in the heart of Tulum Centro. It is clean and simple.

Decent location. Right on the main road. A little noisy. Cold shower only. Bed is hard and you only have a very thin bedsheet to sleep with. The "garden view" is dirty and nothing pleasant to look at. The room was clean. Lightning was good. Higher price for what you get.

It's a great location, for transportation, entrainment and food. The place is clean and inviting. However, the bathroom doors will be annoying. If you stay for long periods it will get on your nerves. Overall, I would still book again.

Cons : 1. Wifi never worked for us. So not sure what 'free wifi' meant for! On asking staff, we were told that it was a network problem. We stayed for 3 nights without any changes. 2. Bathroom doors inconvenient - no door knobs. 3. In the name ecoresort, almost made it a jungle. Pros : Moderately clean and conveniently located if you are looking to stay in Centro Tulum.

Clean and tidy. But felt a little unsafe. There is an open air shower and it would be possible for a workman in the ground floor to see in because there are gaps in the foliage. Also, the lights in the corridor come on in a timer (fine) but only stay on for a few seconds ( not fine) so I often ended up in a dark corridor. Also there isn’t a lock on both sides of the bathroom door meaning someone could climb up into the shower and get into the bedroom. Not likely but shouldn’t be possible. The lady who checked me in was rather grumpy. If I were with someone I would stay again but not if I was on my own. Nice soft towels and decent toiletries. Comfy bed.

Our room is next to the bar or restaurant so I found this place so noisy. 12 midnight when the music off.
