The only thing worth noting was that if you sat at the bar/pool by the beach you couldn't get drinks within your all inclusive package, however you could get them from the other pool bar and take them over. The best thing about our stay was both the young ladies on reception, I can't praise them enough, they helped us book taxi's, restaurant reservations and worked tirelessly to call around beach clubs in other parts of the island for day trips, they were absolute stars and definitely made our trip. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and property. The room was consistently cleaned promptly, and most staff members were readily available to provide assistance. Best stay in Laganas. Hotel staff was wonderful and food was delicious!

The food was not great . Most of it was cold and not a great choice. The gym is permanently closed and this was not indicated on their website.

Gardelli is run down and dirty. The photos are not accurate. The pools are dirty you can’t use them. The rooms are old and they don’t even provide proper doona covers. There was no curtain in our room so all the heat would come in I had to ask them to put one up as they wouldn’t change our room. The food is average for what you pay for. It is not worth the money. It is noisy and no one cares, there’s no phone to call reception. I would never go back or recommend to anyone. You have to pay to use the sun chairs that belong to the same hotel, which they never clean. Service was poor. Overall terrible hotel.

Stelios, the Tesla driver made the stay a wonderful experience. He went above and beyond to show us the best spots and views upon our arrival. You can really tell they have the most compassion for their hotel. Thank you Stelios!!

Such welcoming staff, lovely room. Accommodating to any needs we had. Drinks are good and the desserts were amazing. Highly recommend to all.

The communal areas were clean and tidy and generally looked as per the pictures. The rooms however looked nothing like the pics and looked unfinished. They were awful. Upon complaining to the manager I was told this was “the look”! Reception staff were very abrupt and at times quite rude. We were the only English there to begin with and we didn’t feel welcome at all. The food started off good for the first 3/4 days then it went really downhill as the hotel got busier. All inclusive drinks weren’t as described earlier. Depending on which Bar staff you got there was varied things you could and couldn’t have. Another thing re the rooms…. They are sooooo hot and you’re only allowed one room key so as soon as you ho out the AC goes off. You then get in from a long day in the sun and you get back to a room like a sauna. One night resulted in sleeping on the bathroom floor just to get cool. Crazy!

It was 90 F outside, and upon checkin to the room we found out that AC and Refrigerator does not work at all. We were told to wait in the room for 30-40 mins for AC to work. After waiting for an hour we complained again the manager moved us to another room.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit freundlichen und gut gelaunten Personal.

Bad haben wir bei der Ankunft schmutzig vorgefunden, Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt, erst als ich explizit das Schild an die Türe hängte, es solle gereinigt werden und 5 € auf das Bett legte, war es einigermassen sauber, Müll im Zimmer und Bad wurden auch einmal vergessen zu entsorgen, zu bemerken: Toilettenpapier ist nicht erlaubt, in die Toilette zu werfen! Stilles Wasser an der Bar war Leitungswasser, im Bad lief zum duschen, Gesicht und Zähneputzen Salzwasser, Liegestühle, die nicht am Pool waren aber zum Hotel gehörten, musste man 25 € zahlen, sogar am Empfang war eine Waage für das Gepäck zu wiegen, 2 €, im Hotelbeschrieb stand Transfer wird vom Hotel übernommen, bei der Ankunft wurden wir nicht abgeholt, musste für die paar Kilometer 25€ für ein Taxi bezahlen, Salat war matchig und Frischgemüse war nicht frisch, werden Beschwerde für eine Teilrückzahlung einreichen

Anlage ist durch eine Straße getrennt. Sehr eingeschränktes AI Angebot: für Standard-Marken-Getränke werden Aufschläge genommen. TV fällt permanent aus. Sehr zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal. In der Umgebung ist sehr viel Trubel.

Hotel was erg netjes, wel jammer dat bij het uitchecken er 20 euro pp betaald moet worden om gebruik te maken van de diensten van het hotel als je vlucht later gaat.

La struttura è molto bella, elegante, comoda, funzionale. L'arredamento è in stile, il personale è ottimo. La manutenzione dell'edificio è migliorabile. La cucina è l'unico punto veramente carente della struttura. Menù sempre uguale e scelta dei piatti ridotta.

Schön gestalteter Aussenbereich mit Pools und bequemen Liegen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strandabschnitt ist fantastisch, sauber und mit feinstem Sand. Man kann kilometerweit spazieren und tagsüber durch den Schildkröten Nationalpark laufen. Wenn man nicht polnischssprachig ist, ist das Personal eher wenig bemüht und man bekommt nur die nötigsten Informationen. Das Hotel besteht aus 2 Gebäuden, welche durch eine Strasse voneinander getrennt sind. Auswahl und Frische der Speisen ist mässig, der Kaffee eine Zumutung. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und der Zustand der Bäder sind unterdurchschnittlich, auch wenn die Inneneinrichtung grundsätzlich schön schlicht und funktional wäre.
