저는 프리미어 더블룸을 예약했고 더블침대가 있는 방을 안내받았습니다. 룸에는 더블 침대에 싱글사이즈 이불이 덮여있었어요. 이불이 너무 작아 프론트에 교체를 요청하니 수량이 부족해 싱글이불밖에 없다며 싱글이불을 하나 더 가져다 준다고 했습니다. 잠시 후 직원이 싱글이불을 가져왔길래 나름 4성급 호텔인데 이불 사이즈가 없는 경우는 처음이라 당황스럽다고 했더니 본 호텔은 임대 호텔이라 별같은 건 의미 없다는 답변을 받았습니다. 이게 호텔 직원한테 들을 적절한 답변이었는지는 모르겠지만. 호텔이 직접 지은 건지 임대인지가 중요하지 않았지만, '임대호텔이라 크게 투자도 관리도 안하는 호텔입니다.'라는 인상을 주셔서 안타깝네요. 이후 노후된 시설이며, 객실 구석의 먼지, 욕실 샤워부스의 검은 물때와 곰팡이까지 눈에 들어오며 아.. 임대호텔이라 그런가.. 싶었습니다. 물론 아니겠지만, 저런식의 대답은 호텔과 직원에게 아무런 도움이 안된다는 것을 알았으면 좋겠습니다.

Overall, it was good, but it was inconvenient to open and close the door. And it was uncomfortable because the bed was small for two people to sleep. It was good that the hotel had a zip line and a swimming pool.

방에서 베란다 너머로 보는 바다뷰는 예술이네요,, 투숙객 짚트랙 할인이벤트도 있어 저렴하게 잘 다녀온거 같습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 좋습니다.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights, but after the first night, when I returned to my room in the evening after going out, the room had not been properly cleaned. Only the trash bin was emptied, and the bed was tidied. However, crumbs on the table were left untouched, used cups were still there, and the floor hadn’t been cleaned. It was the worst cleaning service I’ve ever experienced.

The hotel location, room condition, bedding condition, and surrounding facilities are all good. However, the variety and taste of breakfast foods need to be improved.

Very clean and close to the point of interest like aerial tram(cablecar), Camellia Island, Expo Park & KTX station and more.

The front desk staffs were very friendly and courteous. They offered welcoming drinks, coffee or tea and also a complimentary zip line pass available from the 24th floor of the hotel to across the harbor. The hotel is close to HyangIRam Hermitage which was a nice excursion as well

Clean, affordable, friendly, etc. Nothing to complain about. Great place.

조식이 음식종류가 적었음에도 가격이 비쌌도 샤워기 사용이 불편했고 체크인 식단에 로비가 너무 론잡하여 체크인 시간을 순차적으로 당경야 하고 엘리베이터 수가 적어 엘리베이터 안이 너무 혼잡했습니다

There was a steam closet in the room, so I could always get dressed refreshed.

위치도 좋았고 서비스도 친절했어요. 또 호텔과 연계한 여수체험들도 좋았습니다! 단지 조금 청결하지 않은 곳들이 눈에 띄더라구요. 식당 천장이 지저분하고, 룸에 머리카락 등이 불편했어요. 이런 것들도 개선된다면 더욱 좋을 듯 합니다.

사람이 많지 않은 주중 이용이라, 번잡스럽지않고 조용하고 쾌적했습니다. 조식뷔페는 지난3월에 이용했을때보다는 맛이 없어진 느낌이어서 한번 이상 먹고 싶지는 않았습니다.

3시 40분에 가서 체크인까지 20분 대기.. 체크인 후 줄서서 엘리베이터 탐. 이후 그냥 계단으로 걸어다님. 조식 9시 40분에 가서 20-30분 대기. 가장 짜증나는 것은 거의 밤 11시다 될 때까지 1층에서 시끄러운 공연하는거 듣고 있어야함. 객실도 수영장에서 가까운 곳이여서 오후 내내 시끄러움. 결국 오후부터 자기 전까지 계속 시끄러움. 주차 자리도 부족. 위치도 돌산으로 좀 들어가야 해서 애매함. 그냥 엑스포 주변 호텔들을 추천함.

I was disappointed with the overall quality of the hotel. It was very crowded and the lobby was always noisy. I had to wait for elevators since they were not operated efficiency and there were not enough parking spaces for the guests. The room was not as clean as I expected either. It seems that the hotel is not properly equipped to accommodate this big crowd.
