The property was in the perfect location and we loved the spiral staircase and two balconies. The spa downstairs was a nice addition. Would definitely stay there again.

We really appreciated the kind and welcoming staff at check-in, and the room itself was charming—clean, quaint, and in a fantastic location close to great shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. It was a lovely setting for the final night of our 25th anniversary vacation. However, there were a few aspects of our stay that unfortunately didn’t match our expectations, especially considering the reason we booked this particular property. We noted our early arrival time in advance, but early check-in wasn’t available—and more importantly, there was no formal baggage storage. The staff kindly directed us to leave our luggage in an adjacent restaurant, but it didn’t feel secure and left us uneasy, especially after a long cruise with multiple bags. Additionally, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was to use the spa before our travels home. Sadly, we were told it wasn’t available due to the absence of housekeeping at that time. This was a big disappointment, particularly as it was meant to be a relaxing close to our special trip. While we truly appreciated the warm staff and clean room, we feel a partial refund would be a fair gesture given that some of the key amenities and services we booked for were unavailable. We hope this feedback is helpful, and we would encourage future guests to confirm access to amenities and check-in options ahead of time—especially when arriving early with baggage.

The location of the hotel is perfect for any attractions you may want to see. Plenty of food options available in the area. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bathroom is not ideal for getting ready. Lighting was poor and no real place to put your toiletries or clothing. Hotel would be fine for shorts visits. The air conditioning worked, but was difficult to use.

The hotel location is very convenient, walking distance to major touriusty things to do. The spa is wow! I just wish the time slots were one hour rather than half hour. Our room was surprisingly quiet. Comfortable bed. Also, the restaurant is very good with kind and caring stuff. Next time in Athens we will stay there again

The hotel is above a restaurant that is part of the hotel. We booked rooms described as having a hot tub. This turned out to be a jacuzzi bath in the courtyard not a hot tub. These rooms access overlooking the restaurant interior leading to hearing customers noise in the late evening and staff clattering breakfast posts around in the morning disturbing lazy starts. I would not recommend booking the rooms 10and 11 (the ones with the outdoor jacuzzi baths) if you don’t want to hear this noise. The beds were comfy and the room decor lovely with high quality fittings. Breakfast was basic and not to our preferences so we only ate breakfast once. I would stay again but not pay the extra for the rooms with the jacuzzi for the above reasons. Hotel is well located with great restaurants in short walking distance.

Despite the amazing location of the hotel, the experience was not great. The breakfast service was very slow and the choice very basic and limited. Spa would have been amazing if the water of the jacuzzi/pool wasn’t freezing cold! And a few other issues. I would not return…

When I arrived, they informed me that they upgraded my room. I was given a room with a hottob instead of the standard room which was amazing. I used it every day after walking around the city and it was great. They assisted me with every question I had about visiting certain sites and even called in to see how busy it was that day etc. I received a note about the strike a few days before the actual day which was even before my airline contacted me (I was supposed to fly out on that day and my flight was cancelled) so becauses of their note, I could arrange alternative travel. Besides the great staff, the room was lovely, a lot of ammenities and a really great bed. Robes, lots of towels all included. The pool/sauna/steamroom are free for 30 minutes so do not expect full access at all times, but I'm sure it's worth paying a bit more if you wish to use it more. I used the 30 minutes and it was lovely. Booking that time also means you have it to yourself. Highly reccommend this hotel.

Great property. The only drawback was the room that had some stairs to go to the washroom. Not a good design

As far as a location is concerned, it doesn’t get much better than this. Staff were helpful, room was very clean. Because of it’s great location in the middle of all the action, it can be somewhat noisy at night, but really not a big deal.

Should you wish to stay in an Adults Only property w/ no A/C and inconsistent hot water, then this is the place for you! This is the 2ns time I've stayed at this property...and BOTH times, no A/C. Last year I was kind of like, okay...well, my room faces the street, I can open the window, things happen. But to stay in a hotel TWICE now, and not have A/C both times....no, will not be staying again. I couldn't open my window b/c the one window that didn't just sort of mysteriously close on its own, backed up to the person's balcony next to me. I didn't realize this until I was unpacking my suitcase and saw him sitting outside my room, scared me to death. I kept thinking "if I leave my window up there is nothing to prevent him from hopping thru the window and stealing my wares...or worse." So I had to close the windows. Even tho a fan was left in my room the temperature hovered around 30. It was cooler in the hallway than my room. It was miserable. And the people at the front desk are either A. Less than helpful/sour or B. Can't really do anything about it. I asked to speak to the manager given this was the 2nd time this happened, but that could not be facilitated. Nor could I be moved to another room. Then, I went to take a shower the next day and I didn't have hot water. I've lived in/travelled around Europe alot, so I understand the intricacies of how to operate a shower. The water was tepid at best. Will not stay at again or recommend to others.
