Clean & well maintained

Clean place to stay

Location to the highway was excellent. Very quiet and nice location

The staff is terrific. The wood frame around the bed was bad for me (sharp top edge). Gashed my leg & needed 11 stitches; however, the hotel staff helped me through this situation and was very kind.

Very accommodating staff. Spacious room. Neighboring restaurant was great. Nice breakfast.

Nice accommodations. TV didn’t work except for TBS. Light in bathroom over sink burned out. Missed breakfast due to time change. Would have been nice if breakfast served for another hour.

Loved our stay here We stay here every time we attend a mountaineer sports event . Top notch staff and the restaurant next store is awesome .

Nice property and the restaurant next store has good food. Staff was great and very friendly. Only complaint was our room faced the highway and there was some road noise from the trucks.

Nice hotel, and nice staff. Very new looking and modern. Beds were comfortable, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars because pillows weren’t comfortable and the light emitting from the mini fridge at night wouldn’t go off so I didn’t get the best sleep here but overall, it’s a great hotel.

Favorite place in Motown. I like locally owned places with attention to detail.

We had to pull of the highway due to a bad winter storm, they let us check in early and we very accommodating and friendly! Nice restaurant right beside the hotel as well.

Extremely nice hotel, super clean, very friendly staff. Way better than the rest of the option in the area. The only thing that could be improved is the quality of the coffee, specially at the reception. But other than that a truly 5 stars!

Bedding was good, and room was exceptionally well-lit for a hotel room. Otherwise just ok.

Evening staff person Mercedes was very helpful and polite.

Room was good the view was of the interstate and at times you could hear trucks braking downhill. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful

Only complaint was breakfast. I felt $5 for rubbery and cold eggs was pretty bad.
