(-) - I took the lowest room type. There were no cups or kettles to boil water. So I had to go downstairs. My room was on the 3rd floor and only had stairs. - The room type I took had no windows, so it might be stuffy if you're not used to it. - I couldn't sleep because the sound from the next room was really loud. They were talking and pulling furniture around.

The location is easy to find and close to restaurants. There's also a coffee shop in front of the hotel. Breakfast isn't served here, but complimentary tea and coffee are available for free refills.

This villa-like hotel is small. It's not far from the main road, but it's a bit far to the minimarket. For a hotel like this in Yogyakarta, it's very expensive without breakfast. One meal is enough. There's a decent cafe near the hotel for dinner, but it's only open during the day, so you can't have breakfast.

Overall the room is comfy and clean, but no window, and no hot watter kettle in the room, so to get the hot drink water we have to go downstairs in the loby

Arah living was incredible for me staying there for 3 night, the place, location and staff was amazing. The negative part comes from other guest which very loud in early morning without think about other guest. Overall there is no negative part from This place for sure will definitely back to stay in Arah Living ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Comfortable... Clean... Close to Pakuwon Mall, not far from the city either, there is a swimming pool, the kids will definitely love it.

An excellent hotel in terms of location and room condition, the only downside is that there is no breakfast, but there are many breakfast options around. If I go back to Yogyakarta, I will definitely come back here.

The hotel is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are spacious and clean. Lemongrass-scented shampoo and soap. Highly recommended. The service is also good, really awesome.

It turned out to be really good. Clean & the water for bathing is strong + can be hot all the time. The only downside is there is no hair dryer

The hotel is very clean, you can see that every corner of the room is kept clean, the soap and shampoo smell nice and there is a free water refill dispenser, it is very suitable for that price, I want to come back again

Didn't make me wait long. The room was ready. There is a swimming pool. The environment is also comfortable for looking for food outside.

Hopefully in the future there will be breakfast.
