The hotel is clean, but there is no night light, the front desk staff is still enthusiastic despite checking in late

Room 804 is at the top, so it's a bit hot when you first check in, the hotel should turn on the fan or air conditioner before guests check in. Everything else is ok, will come back next time

Phòng 804 ở trên cùng nên hơi nóng khi mới nhận phòng, khách sạn nên bật quạt or điều hoà trước khi khách nhận phòng. Còn lại mọi thứ ok, sẽ quay lại lần sau

Reported to the hotel late check in at 22:00. However, when I came to check in, there was no reception, only the security guard, so I checked in 15-20 minutes....More then disappointed

Đã báo với khách sạn check in trễ lúc 22:00. Tuy nhiên khi tới nhận phòng thì không có lễ tân chỉ có bác bảo vệ nên check in 15-20p....Thêm nữa phòng không có dép + khăn lông không được sạch...Lần đầu ở thì ok lần này quay lại thì thất vọng
