Breakfast was pretty bad, the meatloaf in the noodle bowl tasted weird. Rooms were clean, had architecture, but were a bit dark, soundproofing wasn't very good. Staff were friendly and helpful

Friendly staff, room lacks a bedside socket, room price is a bit high compared to service. Meal has only 1 dish with bread. Need to improve meal service

I really love this hotel. The balcony room is very nice. The staffs were polite and the receptionist was very helpful too! You can buy the bana hills ticket from the rececptonist with the same official price and you can book transport to bana hills and hoi an via receptionist as well. And the transport fee could be cheaper than grab!

I think the room is very beautiful, the hotel staff is also nice because I went alone so the price is high. If you go with 2 people, the price is ok. The mirror is big and the pictures are very clear. 💞💞💞

I really like staying here, the rooms are chill but well-equipped and cozy enough for a small family, the staff are enthusiastic and friendly.

In terms of price and amenities, it's good enough for the price range

I was in room 504, the soundproofing was extremely poor, the room next door could hear the TV and talking clearly until 3am and there was no way to sleep. At 6:30am, the next room had the alarm going off until 9am and didn't bother to turn it off, no different. tortured, towels smell bad, bathrooms are cramped. Overall, I will never return to this hotel again. It's rare to leave reviews but this one was really upsetting

The hotel has beautiful decor, close to nature and located near the sea. The minus point is that when it rains, the rain splashes into the hallway and the road is slippery

Staffs are nice. The cleaning ladies were cleaning quite early. They forgot our towels after they said the clean towels were on the ways. The cleanliness is quite oke. Bathroom and toilet are 2 in 1 & quite small. The TV likes all the reviews I read, it's not working kind of like decoration in the room. The noise cancellation is just OK, if the bar/pub next door has show, it'll still have some noise inside the room.
