Overall, the hotel was good, but the room amenities were very lacking. For example, when we checked in, the soap wasn't refilled. It wasn't refilled until the third day of our stay either. The phone in the room didn't work, so we had to go to the front desk to request a soap refill. The room wasn't made up on the first day either, and when we returned in the afternoon, we were a bit annoyed because we had to inform the front desk to have the room cleaned and then had to wait again.
