We had a nice stay here. The resort has such a beautiful location with great views, and the whole property is spacious and green. The room design is lovely and well thought out, though it could have been a bit more airy. Breakfast was basic, nothing fancy, but just enough to start the day. To be honest, we were a bit upset at first because of the attitude of one seasonal staff member during check-in. But everything completely turned around thanks to Sarah Giang. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of for the rest of our stay. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication really stood out. Honestly, people like her make all the difference in a guest’s experience. Big thanks to Giang and wishing her lots of success ahead, she’s definitely someone with great potential in hospitality!

Friendly staff, airy space and every room has a view of the clouds and mountains, quite chill, the only minus point is that the breakfast is a bit small and not very special. The resort rents motorbikes for 200k/day (from morning to night) to go from the center to the road with little light because I'm a bit scared. Anyway, the road to the center is still quite close, and not difficult to go.

Everything about this hotel is totally awesome! We don't have to pay check-in deposit. Staff are helpful and friendly. Also, special thanks to Mr Louise, from the hotel, who helped us taking some pictures.

I in love with the hotel! The ambiance, surroundings are all exceed my expectation. I really enjoy my stay here. Thank you also for the staff name Kevin that help us to find someone to convert cash because we ran out of cash money. All the staff are friendly and really helpful. Hopefully I can come here again🤍

Phòng sạch sẽ.View đẹp. Tuy nhiên cửa kính nhìn xuyên thấu. Trong phòng không thấy khăn giấy. nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình chu đáo. Đi dịp lễ tết nên cac dịch vụ hơi hạn chế.

I love the breakfast buffet. The choices were amazing. The staffs at the front desk (afternoon), those boys need to learn to be polite and treat customers well.

Great view, clean rooms, friendly staff.

The room is clean, the view is very beautiful if there are no clouds. Friendly and hospitable staff. Minus point: There is a section of sewer road under construction so you cannot go by car so you have to walk or ride a motorbike!

Except the room is quite dusty (most fine dust is on the TV shelf) and the glass is a bit dirty, everything is ok

Catcat Hill is wonderful. I really like the space here. It is fully equipped. It also lets us immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of Sapa. If I come back, I will definitely choose Cat Cat again.
