Really liked this hotel, to the point of extending to the next day, because the price was really worth it.

I really like this hotel, I didn't have high expectations at first, but it turned out to be very good, complete, high, comfortable, clean, basically I will stay again if I go to KL

The room is so comfy and clean. My children love it and the sky pool is so nice with the good view. Next family trip will stay here again

No washing machine, di hotel lain dengan budget segitu suda ada mesin cuci, kamar sedikit kotor, tidak balita friendly kamarnya, yang punya balita yang lasak agak rempong, pintu jendela kamar bisa dijangkau anak kecil, banyak perabot yang bisa dijangkau balita, wifi dan alat TV juga di bawah meja, bisa diacak-acak sama balita, handuk bau, akhirnya beli handuk di luar, tidak ada tray buat mengeringkan piring yang suda dicuci, sofa bed nya kotor, lobby panas tidak ada AC, beda dengan suites sebelum yang saya stay. Hanya saja sekarang tidak perlu deposit lagi, cuma bayar tax permalam aja, di bawah ada mart, jadi bisa beli makanan dan mau panaskan ada oven dan air bisa langsung minum, tapi lebih baik dimasak dulu.

If you just need a spacious room, clean, cozy, this is the perfect choice. But we also need nice hotel staff. They don't have smile, from security, CS, cleaning, until the mini shop. And the most annoying thing is we can't get room service except we book over than 7days 😑 what kind of management is this? Is there any family will holiday ONLY in Kuala Lumpur for more than 7days? And if you love walking shopping around, this place not for you. You will need GRAB. But very cheap, from 5-10 RM. The other thing we can inform, TV very old, wifi slow, no mineral water, slow response when we request replace floor mat, aircon buzzing, outside the room we smell smoke.

I have proven it: Nice room, KL city view from the room, you can also see KL city views from the sky garden floor. 39. Nice views. Overall okay. Moreover, the price is also relatively cheap. Worth it lah. Suggestions for the minimarket to open earlier. 😁.
