Very disappointing, never stay here. I booked 2 rooms, especially room no. 4 was very inadequate. The sheets were stained, the room smelled very damp even though it had AC, the AC hose leaked and dripped on the floor. The bathroom roof was gaping and there was black mold which is not good if inhaled. For room no. 2 there were animals in the bathroom, the walls were peeling, the sheets were stained and the pillows were no longer suitable for use (dented) unlike pillows in general. The smell of mold was all over the sheets, pillows, blankets, to the walls, the AC was not cold. I know the price is cheap. But if the cleanliness and tidiness are upgraded, customers will definitely come back, but if it's like the one I stayed in yesterday...

Interested in staying here just to rest with the family after a long journey home by land to Yogya, reviews on the application and Google are also good. The location is strategic and easy to find, unfortunately when I got here the cafe area and the room in the front area were being renovated so the atmosphere was dim and messy, so it was a bit scary when it was quiet. There is a small swimming pool but we didn't try swimming, only for transit. The owner is nice and the service is quite good. Check in was at 6 pm and the atmosphere was very quiet, the parking lot also only fits 1 car but can park on the side of the road. It's a bit uncomfortable because the front is dark if you bring children, to the point of being lazy to leave the room even to pick up a GoFood order. Hopefully it's only temporarily dark and messy. Thankfully at 8 o'clock there were several families checking in so it didn't feel so quiet.

It's a hotel that you need if you want to go shopping, for it's located near Pakuwon Mall. It's near ATM, food stall, and hospital, too. There is a small swimming pool.

For that price it's worth it. The room is small but comfortable. The ac is really cool. The bathroom is also clean. But unfortunately the hot water doesn't work at all. It's also difficult to find food, there's no one selling it around there. You have to find food at Pakuwon Mall.

Gambarnya sesuai, kamarnya bersih sekali, heater-nya jalan. Tapi sayangnya kolam renangnya tidak pernah penuh dan agak kotor karena debu dan bunga pohon dekat situ. Di dekat resepsionis ada aqua galon, jadi bisa refill minum. Hanya tidak ada pemanas air minum, mungkin kalau yang bawa bayi harus bawa sendiri ya. Selebihnya sih sangat nyaman. 👍. Di depannya ada cafe makanannya enak banget dan murah.

Yang mau nginep di Jogja, ini rekomen sih, harga terjangkau kamar bersih harum, ada netflix, AC, wifi, handuk, dan air minum di galon yang bisa direfill, kalo yang cari air panas di sini ngga ada ya. Kolam renangnya juga bersih dan depannya ada The Rock Burger yang menunya enak-enak dan rame. Senyaman itu nginep di sini, lokasi di gang samping polda DIY, gampang kok dicarinya. 5/5 🌟.
