Everything was great! Within 20 minutes walking distance to Fiserv for the concert we attended. I would book again!

We arrived early in the city and were planning to leave our bags off and explore the area. Instead we were allowed to check in early. It was so appreciated to be able to take a nap after the early flight before exploring the city. Very walkable to many areas and the hop free transportation. We used Uber for convenience but there are also many bus routes if one has the time to utilize a bus. We would recommend staying here to anyone and would definitely come back.

The hotel is fairly new so the rooms are clean and fresh- looking. Service at the front desk was super friendly. The full breakfast bar was nice to have (although the quality is just average). Overall a nice stay.

The Holiday Inn express downtown Milwaukee Lake completely surprised us came in town for a concert walk to the fires and back. It was fantastic.

Excellent front desk service! Perfect beginning. Great fast courteous valet. Clean as a whistle. Room faced jefferson street, so we got to see folks walking around enjoying themselves. Responsive and friendly- everyone! Stayed at off peak so got a great deal. Close to everything. Looking forward to stayimg here again!

Great place to stay

I requested a quiet room and received a room with a very loud ice machine 8' from our door. If I had requested to be moved to another room, then I would be responsible for some other unlucky soul's misfortune. I'm sure you are aware of this design flaw of your hotel and hopefully you can pass this concern along to the corporate level, because I will now avoid all Holiday Inns in the future.

After being stranded in Milwaukee because pathetic express ferry canceled our trip back to Muskegon we were forced to seek shelter. We were blessed that the receptionist at Holiday Inn was so helpful when she found out we were unprepared to stay the night in Milwaukee. This hotel rates an A+. The receptionist rates even higher!

The staff was so friendly and very accommodating. This was the cleanest, most comfortable hotel stay I’ve had in a long time.
