The property is clean. Some of the parking spaces are ridiculously small. I decided to park on the street rather than wedge in like a sardine.

My experience at this property was pretty good, if you’re looking for a place to stay and I would this property.

Nice room good price

Hotel was clean and comfortable. A little bit noisy. There was a massive gap at the bottom my room door that a snake or something could have easily gotten under. I placed a towel at the base to try and block it off for the night.

The best mom and pop hotel in Morgan Hill.

It’s sparse but clean. So far it’s quiet. Very bare bones but efficient and a good value .

Very helpful quite peaceful environment

It was very run down and shabby. Some of the furniture looked like they'd picked it up from the free pile in back of a thrift store.

Not bad for the $, just don't expect too much.

Quiet

The room was basic but clean and organized. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was less than ideal but was adequate for the price. The room cost was excellent for the accommodations.

Owner was very understanding when i had car trouble and my car came back on a tow truck . Even hooked me up with a mobile mechanic who replaced my starter for a very fair price .

People are the best

Place is old and out dated. Noisy being right on major street.

Nice apartments, pretty quiet area.

The people that run this facility are great.

Super clean for a old building

This a Refreshed, older property run by a nice new onsite couple. Very cheery, basic rms. It's easy to find, near the upscale Downtown, City Cultural Center, P.O. & between 2 Hwy turn offs. Plenty of Parking. Bring yr own coffee maker but has a Fridge & Microwave. Very Clean. Very convenient location. FYI: The Old Granada Theater has Wonderful Sit Down Dinner Shows.

Great little motel. I am delighted and the price is right!
