Property was very clean and bright. The rooms were spacious and bright but also had room darkening blinds. While the view from our room wasn’t particularly great it was very quiet and clean. The beds were very comfortable and room facilities were good. (Good shower and roomy bathroom.

The lights in the rooms are on motion sensor timers, the bathroom light went out continuously while we were in the shower. The main room light required a room key inserted into a slot to remain turned on, otherwise it turned itself off.

Overall the hotel was fine. The underground parking was a bonus The adjacent restaurant had a very good breakfast and service Staff were not that friendly

A bit up the hill from downtown, but a comfy bed and several restaurants within walking distance. Nice & quiet.

Excellent place to stay on any visit to Nanaimo.

After having a medical procedure. I decided to stay with your establishment. The room was great . During the night i started to get dizzy. I called the front desk,they called an ambulance for me. Thanks to your staff.

New property clean rooms safe underground parking. Has a small breakfast restaurant. Small gym would stay again.

New hotel, nice rooms. Great staff. Not in a good neighborhood, would not walk too far.

Still brand new. Clean and friendly staff. We had a room with the kitchenette which was well stocked. Room had everything needed. Parking is underground but limited. It’s on a first come first serve basis. Not sure where you would park if the parkade was full. Close enough to walk to the downtown area.

Close to highway

Excellent service, nice modern building, breakfast in a friendly cafe (at extra cost) with excellent service. My second stay, I booked here both times because of the included EV charger, although that’s on a ‘first come first served’ basis
