Tuvimos una gran estadía, tiene buenas comodidades parir con mascota, además del excelente servicio de desayuno buffet.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, con una plaza comercial con varios restaurantes, tiendas de conveniencia y fácil parqueo. Lo recomiendo mucho

La habitación es amplia, pero tampoco tanto como se observa en las fotos. Sin embargo , es muy cómoda. El aire acondicionado es diferente y enfría super bien. La habitación sencilla deluxe no cuenta con parrilla, sólo microondas y frigobar, el cual, tiene un congelador muy pequeño, no cabría nada y la verdad, no estaba tan limpio. Lo único que no me gustó es que hacen mucho ruido cuando están limpiando los cuartos aledaños y se molestan si no los dejas limpiar justo cuando están pasando. De igual forma, la limpieza de los baños podría mejorar, ya que observé que dejaron algo en el bote de papeles y no le colocan bolsa. Es una estancia buena, sin embargo, no por el precio tan vip y "cinco estrellas" que manejan, honestamente. Podrías encontrar mejores hoteles al reservar con suficiente tiempo, y por el mismo precio.

Helpful staff

I still love this hotel!There has been some changes : the use of highly perfumed cleaning products , in the public spaces. Breakfast is terrible but the staff isare always AMAZING!!.areas. Contential

Convenient to everything. Staff is consistenly availabke and efficient. Breakfast is very basic.

Had just enough that was needed. Breakfast had a variety and was good. The hotel was very clean and had a pleasant smell. The Plaza on the property was very convenient. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Didn't like having to take 2 elevators to get to the room. Suggest to have available to purchase or free razor blades, shave cream, toothpaste, toothbrush in case guests forget. I would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Buena atención e instalaciones

It is conveniently located but the carpets need replacing.

Hicimos la reservación sin saber que aceptaban mascotas, cuando llegamos el cuarto tenía bolas de pelos enredados en el cable del teléfono y manchas en la alfombra. Dos cuartos vecinos habían metido a sus perros a escondidas y estaban ladre y ladre, tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación cosa que si hicieron sin problema.

Great locación

I loved the modern construction of the property, i was in one of the top floors and the view to the valley was amazing. I also liked the location which was close to everything, specially historic center of Queretaro.
