Location and access are okay, I'm just a bit concerned about cleanliness. The sheets that I got had lots of stains and they smelled a bit musty. I don't know if it was changed from the previous one or what. Then the refrigerator wasn't cold at all. Even though I thought there was a refrigerator so I could store food, it turned out to be stale.
