Very unfortunate experience with front office staff on a Saturday. We had been given a handicapped access room as they said they were full up ( fair) but when we went to ask for a full ironing table and a portable full-size mirror, they declined any help, openly lied to us, threatened to have us thrown out. Never have we encountered anything like this.
