The hotel and the rooms were great. It's easy to miss the entrance for the parking lot. Conveniently located to a great many sites and activities.

This hotel was very clean and neat. Very nice breakfast included. Location convenient to PNC park and Acrisure stadium 5 min Lyft ride, 20 min walk Easy departure, close to highway and out of the city in 5–10 minutes.

After one night of three, a mouse was spotted in the room! We called the front desk who said the manager was sorry but they had no other rooms to offer and they wouldn’t be assisting us to find a new room at a different location. The manager never even called us to apologize or anything.

The staff were friendly and the facility adequate for marathon weekend, but the room wasn't particularly clean. One of the beds did not appear to have been made. The room smelled slightly of mildew and a dirty towel had been left in the bathroom. I believe they were dealing with high volume related to the marathon

The bed, pillows, bathroom, towels and room were really good. The area was really close to the highway so great for getting to where we wanted to go, but nothing was in a walkable distance. They failed with the breakfast. There was no coffee or orange juice available. The eggs, bacon and sausage were the last dregs with an hour to go til the end of breakfast. The butter was totally depleted and I had to ask for some.

I liked the patio up on the 6th floor

I didn’t like that the back entrance had no security at all. Anyone could have walked right in anytime of the day or night.

Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Disappointed as there were no bath towel’s in room. Breakfast was okay,

I liked the spacious room.

While the rooms were clean, the pool had a sign it was closed for cleaning,but the door was unlocked and the lights were on... the front desk told me that the pool was not open... my grandson has autism and jumped in. I definitely wasn't getting him out... They had gaming machines that when I got the bonus, it didn't go into the actual bonus... wasted my money playing a game that is a rip-off. Charged me twice for parking and Heather is supposed to be resolving the issue. Won't know for several days, if this issue is resolved. I did not receive a call back regarding this matter. Pros - breakfast was available if you would have been on the property when it was served. The building was clean. It was close to the facility where we had to go in the morning and not fight traffic. It was quiet at bedtime.

The tub in the bathroom was backed up

It was adequate. Big TV but small channel selection. Loud neighbors so that wasnt fun.

Upon check-in received keys at front desk around 6pm. Went to room in 6th floor only to find that the room was not made up / cleaned. Went back to front desk and received keys to another room - same thing - not made up or cleaned. Then two maids approached us and asked which room we were in and then reassigned us to another room (not a city view as the other two were), and then gave us the keys. Ugh.

The staff was inexperienced and unable to break a $20 without manager assistance. Homeless guy kept hounding me for $ out in rear parking area. No resturants near by, but super easy access to highway 279.

Waited for the room an hour an a half , i understand i arrive early but everybody had checked out , font understand not one dingle room was ready, also to confirm later seeing 2 charges on my credit card parking was supposed to be 16$ us a day ok for one charge not 2 , will dispute if it goes thru for sure. Poor chanels for tv , they pretend problems , explanation was not clear has other channels were there . Bed uncomfortable and no power at all with shower .

Curtains don’t close so parking light coming through all night. No hot water for shower at night, only lukewarm water available. Poor water drainage in the shower/bathtub. Dusty furniture.

First room we were placed in was not properly cleaned..food left in fridge..shower still had soap residue and dirty wash cloth left in shower.. toilet had hair on rim

Rooms were clean and the gentleman that checked us in was great! Great location for a walk to PNC park to watch a baseball game. After the game my son was excited to go swimming at the pool but that did not happen. He was scared because the kids were playing too rough in the pool area. Water was everywhere, even outside the pool area. Kids were playing with the elevators so you either had to wait a long time or take the stairs. Kids were loud and obnoxious. No warm water in the morning to take a shower. There was no order or human decency during breakfast. Kids butted in line, adults hogging certain areas, like the waffle station. The hotel could have done a better job by asking parents to control their children.
