Decent hotel

Service was good. Decent breakfast. Good amount of food options. Fast elevators. Well lit hallways. Shower was hot and good pressure. Pay to park not wonderful. No pen/paper in room. Ceiling fan good but wobbly. Worst part Shower towels small and very scratchy. Shower fan on constantly. Needs more power.

Major issue with water and sink smelling like sewer in our room. P trap pipe to the sink started leaking as if there is no gasket. Pillows are not good so had to go buy a good one. Location is excellent and breakfast is decent.

Front desk was not accommodating, on arrival of 2:30 room reserved not available informed that at 3:00 pm room should be ready. We reserved a king bed room and was given a room with 2 beds. Very disappointed.

Great place to stay with a kiddo or two. Staff was amazing. Very close to food and shopping. The only thing I would complain about are the low flow faucets.

Check in was quick and easy. Parking was no problem. The views from the room left a lot to be desired but that wasn't really a big deal. Our room was clean but there were several bulbs burn out. The main problem was that our night was NOISY. Not only were there people running in the hallway at all hours (1 AM, 3 AM) but the refrigerator was super loud. The price on the room was very fair
