Traveloka many times but this is the first time I have had such a bad experience. I booked 2 rooms, 1 single and 1 double for 5 people, paid through Traveloka more than 700k, at 11pm to check in, the hotel informed me that they were not working with the page, I called Traveloka, the staff said they would handle it but waited 15 minutes without any response. I asked for a refund to rent somewhere else, the staff agreed because of the hotel's reasons. The consultant said they would refund but I haven't heard anything since yesterday even though I sent many messages. Bad experience from the hotel to Traveloka, please resolve it soon for me
