As always the staff never seizes to amaze me. From the moment i walk from the parking area to the check-in center the staff is already greeting me with a great smile and genuine heartfelt handshake welcoming me into the property.

Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento, algo que realmente se valora. La ubicación es muy conveniente, cerca de muchos restaurantes y opciones para salir. El hotel es muy bonito, con una temática que refleja perfectamente el estilo relajado y natural de Tulum. Durante nuestra estadía hubo algo de ruido por la noche, posiblemente por reparaciones, pero en general no fue algo que afectara significativamente la experiencia. Sin duda, lo recomendaría.

Great hotel, amazing decor. Some of the wooden fixtures had mould on them and probably should be cleaned often.

Not on the beach, economical, near stores and restaurants. Taxi near. Just stayed one nice but liked ambiance, breeze was good, so was food and beverage for $35. Nice.

The amenities were great and the look was amazing.

Photos are pretty accurate to what the place actually looks like. Staff is great and helpful! Will book again if I ever go back.

I will stick to the basics . Upon arrival greeted at the front desk by Christopher he was terific . He filled us in on everything we had to know .Parking for a small fee under the building was convienent . The Two roof top pools were outstanding . The rooftop restaurant clean and tasty . If you plan on eating breakfast daily at hotel prepay for a better price .The area was quiet and safe . 7 / 11 down the block and many more chain stores plus locally owned nearby . Room clean daily to our satisfaction . Overall the Naala Talum lived up to our expectations . PS our AC worked well .

Nice property for the area, great roof top view

Had an amazing time at the Naala, the whole place is great, well decorated, pool nice and clean, they have plenty of pool beds. Tropical garden with hammocks. Breakfast was decent has fruit, muesli and then cooked eggs to choose.staff really helpful. Cant fault the hotel.

Hermoso hotel, amplio, buena hubicacion, pero nos querían cobrar el estacionamiento teniendo ellos ahí nos estacionamos en la calle. El agua huele feo , así que túvimos que salir a comprar botellas de agua para lavarnos los dientes.

Stylish and comfortable. Esp enjoyed the roof top terraces: cafe, bar and pool.

I enjoyed the jungle atmosphere and the rooftop pool. The views were spectacular.

Naala seem new and mixes modern and contemporary with a local flare with lots of wood. The hotel is really nice with an awesome rooftop restaurant and pool; these are great places to unwind in the evenings. It's next to convenience stores and walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms are comfortable with cloud soft mattresses. The two bedroom was well appointed with all furniture and appliances. Great location. Bikes available (at a rental cost) for a quick ride. It's a bit of a distance to the beach and other attractions but there's a lovely Selecto Chedrauri couple blocks down.

Beautiful boutique hotel! Had an issue with the tv language as Spanish despite the maintenance coming in to change it to English. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Definitely a unique property
