Very non-selective selling rooms from a hotel that is not really worth recommending to its customers. When I checked in no one was at the front office, finally I got info from someone around the hotel location, where the guard lives is behind the hall around the hotel. When I told him that I had booked a room through the application, the person concerned didn't understand, he asked me if he could pay in cash, I said that I couldn't do it, finally he called someone. And ordered to give the room key. When he took me to the room, I asked for help to turn on the TV which had no remote and the AC which the remote didn't work, the answer I received was that he didn't understand at all about the problem, because that was not his job. He also said that he was in the hotel only until 10 pm, then would return to his residence. How disappointed I was with the service of this hotel, I was left alone to stay at this hotel without officers and no other guests, while the security around the place was very minimal, moreover I brought a car whose parking security was very doubtful, in the end I just took a shower and then left this hotel continue my journey. In my opinion, in this case, it's not entirely the hotel's fault, but being able to offer a room of this quality on the app is outrageous.
