Thank God, the service was good, the food was delicious. But the room wasn't comfortable. No soap or shampoo provided. No tea/coffee, sugar, or hot drinking water provided. The toilet was broken and hasn't been repaired. Lots of mosquitoes, need to be sprayed first.

also surprised to see there were no towels and other amenities. there was also no fan. whereas in other homestays or guest houses in bukittinggi there were still amenities. the room felt hot. the car park was narrow. the bathroom was quite clean with a choice of hot and cold water. fortunately it was only for resting before continuing the journey. hopefully dvio can be better

the room is really hot, not recommended... the area is cold but the room is hot, there is no circulation. there are no towels... you have to rent a fan.

The room is comfortable, what's not comfortable is the environment, I'm a Minang person, my husband is a Riau person, so when I go to the hills I often stay here, because here you can check in the middle of the night, so I'm confused whether this is a Minang village or a Batak village? It's noisy every morning, afternoon and evening, not remembering prayer times, they still continue playing Batak music, it feels like being in Plantaran Riau, a Batak area, even though the area around this inn is an elite housing complex, isn't there an RT/RW who reprimands newcomers who play music every day without remembering the time, it feels like being at a Batak wedding every day 🫠😣, the only minus is the environment, so it's not peaceful to rest,

Lots of Mosquitoes, Water Taps Can't Be Functioned. Noisy Sound. Very Uncomfortable, Suddenly Asked to Move Rooms with the Reason that a Regular Guest Wants to Come In. What the Hell.
