New room clean and airy

First experience when checking in: - The stairs are not clean, full of dust - The blankets are old and yellowed. - The air conditioner is quite noisy, no soundproofing. Hope the Homestay improves so that customers have a better experience.

If you don't want to waste time waiting for the staff to solve the problem and want your trip to be bad, DO NOT CHOOSE HERE. The cleaning service is too bad, the solution is not significant. No parking space, climbing stairs, entering the room, the bed sheet is still covered with hair, the kitchen utensils are super messy, the knife is chipped, the bathroom and toilet are not even cleaned. Super disappointing experience

My friend and I had a rather unsatisfactory experience at Cozrum Homes Greena House. Before that, I informed the room that I would check in at 2pm as per the regulations. My friend and I arrived at the room at around 2pm and were surprised that the room had not been cleaned, there was trash and the room was still very messy from the previous guests. I was quite disappointed and contacted the staff back and forth until 4:30pm to check in. After that, I received a request to check out late to compensate but I refused because I did not need to extend the time. Besides, the room does not have indoor parking, so you have to walk a distance to the parking lot. Hopefully the system can improve the quality of service so that future guests will have a better experience than me.

I reported late check-in around 5-6pm but when I arrived the door code was changed, it took 15 minutes to call for support before someone answered the phone, it was raining lightly, the alley was quite small, it was quite inconvenient to get the car in and out, not comfortable. At night, while I was lying down, the neighbor next door knocked loudly on the glass door, I was really panicked, and it happened twice, I turned on the TV at only 10-15. It was because the room opposite was arguing and making noise, so my room was affected. The worst thing was that the next morning, the guests in the room opposite, fought terribly, screaming very loudly as if they were about to kill each other, luckily someone from the management came quickly and handled it smoothly. Unforgettable experience

A bit inconvenient because it's in a hard-to-find alley. When traveling, the homestay doesn't allow motorbike parking, so I can't rent a motorbike and take a taxi, which is inconvenient and quite expensive. I stayed for 2 rainy days, so the walls were a bit damp and water seeped in. There's no receptionist or staff on duty, so I couldn't leave my luggage until I flew, and I had to rent an extra night even though I only left my luggage for a few hours.

The staff is enthusiastic and attentive. I give the home 8/10 because the towels and bed sheets are a bit stained. The experience is okay compared to the price. If the home has prepared a kitchen, I think the home should add more spices so that when cooking it will be better 💜

The room is very dirty. There is no hair dryer. There is no elevator so anyone with heavy luggage should consider carefully.

Rất là nóng , phòng không mát một chút nào , điều hoà như bị hỏng , không có một nhân viên nào ở đây , tất cả đều tự sử lý , tôi mang theo 1 vali to và tự mình khiêng lên tầng 2 , cầu thang rất nhỏ , và tệ là không có thang máy , ám ảnh

The air-con has mossy smell, the room seems to abandon for a long time. The bed is too old. The space is narrow and different to the advertising image.

Phòng hôi, 2 chúng tôi ngủ bị rệp cắn, đỏ cả người, không có dép cho khách, thêm có chỗ để xe cho khách thì càng tốt. Mình cũng muốn cải thiện cho bên bạn tốt thêm thôi

Sảnh dơ đầy bụi, check in đúng giờ thì phải đợi dọn phòng. Phòng dọn siêu nhanh nên không thể nào sạch được. Quá thất vọng. Phòng không như hình, nhiều kiến, giường nằm rất ngứa. Drap giường cũ thiệt cũ.

Homestay follows a proactive model. Quite cool and tourist-friendly. However, because the number of guests is large and they enter and exit at the same fixed time frame (fixed check-in and checkout time), sometimes there is a problem of not having time to clean the room and replace furniture for guests who come in later. However, the service switchboard is very professional and fast, nothing to criticize. Will come back again next time I come to Ho Chi Minh

The hotel industry, without the human element, uses technology all day long, which only brings trouble. The unlock code gives an error when calling the 24/7 switchboard and no one answers the phone on the street for an hour. There is no parking, no elevator, the room is full of ants, the towels are torn, the tables and chairs are all messed up, but posting a picture of the room is really cheating.
