Villa yang cantik, estetik dan secara keseluruhan kebersihan dan kenyamanan sangat baik, alat-alat dapur juga cukup lengkap, piring dan mangkok banyak. Ambiencenya nyaman sekali, walaupun dikelilingi pohon-pohon jati, juga sawah, saya tidak merasa seram. Udara juga cukup dingin, terutama saat malam hari hingga pagi sangat dingin. Kolam renang bersih, setinggi kira-kira pantat orang dewasa. Jauh dari kebisingan jalan raya, hanya saja karena bersebelahan dengan villa lain jadi ada kemungkinan bising. Saat saya menginap, di villa tersebut ada sekelompok wanita yang karaokean hingga malam jam 11, jujur sangat mengganggu dan tidak sesuai dengan aturan yang diterapkan di awal (jam10 tidak boleh ada keributan), sayangnya penjaga villa juga tidak menegur mereka. Kucing ada cukup banyak, disediakan toples isi makanan kucing juga di villa bagi yang mau memberi makan kucing. Kucing-kucing nya sangat jinak, tapi cukup mengganggu saat kami masak-masak dan bakar-bakar di halaman. Di setiap kamar ada tissue dan kamar mandi dengan sabun dan shampo (kecuali 1 kamar bawah yang kamar mandi nya di luar kamar). Galon hanya disediakan 1, dan tiap kamar mendapatkan 2 handuk. Kekurangan: satu hal yang kurang dan agak fatal ya menurut saya adalah, tidak ada air panas saat mandi (di semua kamar mandi, kecuali kamar bawah yang double bed nya masih ada air hangat). Jadi benar-benar dingin sekali airnya dengan udara yang juga dingin. Apalagi karena saat itu kebetulan saya sedang tidak fit, jadi benar-benar mengurangi kenyamanan. Tolong dibenahi lagi ya untuk kasus ini, untuk selebihnya saya den keluarga sangat senang stay di Villa Holy, terima kasih

We chose Villa Holy based on the excellent reviews at a very economical price for 5 rooms. We happened to have arrived at the Peak around 12.00. We wanted to check in immediately considering we brought 2 toddlers. However, according to their information, check-in can be after 15.00 (03.00 PM). So previously we played at Cimory Dairyland Puncak while waiting for check-in time. When we arrived at the property location, it happened that it was raining heavily so the area around the house was wet and very slippery. Be extra careful when bringing small children. Because the property is fully booked (often used) by people, the property is not well maintained. My advice is to prepare a special time for renovation of the property so that it can be better maintained. There are cracked walls and lots of leaks (family area in front of the pool) and on the 2nd floor and near the stairs. Regarding the friendly staff when we came and helped us when we came. There is a bell facility to call the officer, but it is unfortunate that when we stayed the bell was off because the information was that the battery ran out. So if it can be replaced it is better so that it is easier to call when there is a need. For Wifi / internet facilities, even though they are available, their functions are very limited and often cannot be used. So it is highly recommended to bring personal internet for tethering to the TV (there is only 1 in the shared lounge). For the air is quite cold because it happened to be raining. There is a fan in the room which is very helpful. In the morning, you can hear the sound of insects coming from the trees so that it fits the motto "one with nature". It is recommended to bring insect repellent and insect repellent. Swimming pools need to be cleaned regularly so that they look cleaner from dirt and leaves. If you can, also give a bucket and a dipper because it will be very helpful for bathing small children, considering that the standing shower is a bit difficult to bathe a child. Banyak cat yang sudah pudar, jadi terlihat usang, perlu di cat lagi agar terlihat menarik. Di karenakan lokasi samping sawah jadi banyak serangga tapi itu hal wajar mungkin harus di siapkan sapu lidi untuk membersihkan kasur karena banyak serangga naik ke kasur dan tidak ada alat untuk membersihkan.
