The location of the Beach Walk mall area is very suitable for those who like to hang out, but unfortunately the restaurant area is very narrow so it is not very comfortable for taking a break.

Check-in and check-out were fast. All the staff were friendly, and the hotel grounds were clean. The hotel's location is right next to Beachwalk, so staying here is highly recommended. 👍🏻

Free water refill, Netflix available, friendly service, guests are a bit crowded/congested at the reception, easy access because the lobby is very close to the mall

It's quite pricey for a small room, the bathroom is very small. The AC isn't cold. For 1800, there's no experience of the housekeeping department. I don't know if I'm just unlucky.

enter the parking area using a flazz card,, because yello has not upgraded its technology,,, so it is difficult to exit the parking lot,,, the receptionist said that the security would accompany him,,, but the security guard didn't arrive for a long time,, it's too risky if the hotel is empty of security,,, can the receptionist do karate??

Overall the services was excellent, except breakfast menu not much choises, however the taste acceptable. Perfect locations, so many tenant in beachwalk, you just walk accross the street to get Kuta beach.

The cleanliness of the room is maintained, always cleaned even when checking out, the staff is friendly, the check-in and check-out process is fast, only the breakfast area is not spacious enough and the menu is not varied enough.
