I always stay here when I need to in the Cibitung or Cikarang area. This hotel has clean, comfortable rooms, a good variety of breakfast options, and friendly service. The swimming pool is not that big.

First time staying at Nuanza Hotel, and I immediately want to go back! ✅ Room: Super spacious and modern. The design is clean and elegant, making you feel very at home. The lighting is just right, the bed is soft, and all the facilities are complete. Suitable for staycations or business matters. 🏊‍♂️ Swimming pool: This is the best! The pool is clean and spacious, but what makes you fall in love the most is the hot water jacuzzi. It's really great for relaxing, especially in the afternoon or evening. It feels like a private spa! 🌟 Overall: The place is comfortable, the facilities are top, and the service is also friendly. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet, modern place to stay, but still has a touch of luxury. Worth every penny! Conclusion: Nuanza is not an ordinary hotel. It's more than a place to stay - it's a place to forget about deadlines, and the outside world. Highly recommended for those who need to recharge their energy... and Instagram feed

The rooms are comfortable, but there are many rules that limit activities in the hotel that use its facilities (fitness must wear fitness shoes, onsen must comply with the rules like in Japan, etc.).

Minus: For guests who will stay, please provide 500 thousand cash for deposit, can use transfer but money back +/- 1 week. If you don't bring cash, you have to find an ATM outside the hotel. Access to the swimming pool is complicated, have to go up and down stairs, directions inside the hotel are not appropriate. Plus, the security guard & driver are nice. Apart from that, I will not come back here again.

We have processed your input to the relevant team and it is our main concern to improve our services. As additional information for deposits, it is our company regulation to require guests to provide a deposit of IDR 500,000 per room and can use bank transfer or debit card but for refunds after 7-14 days after the next working day, unlike credit cards and cash which can be returned directly at check out. And regarding the directions to the hotel, we apologize for the inconvenience, your input will be forwarded to management so that it can be followed up.
