The building structure is very beautiful, like being in the Malay Sultanate of Melaka. Has very helpful and friendly employees. A wide variety of food and most of all it suits my taste. Thank you

The swimming pool is the best for children, the room is comfortable although a little small and the breakfast is very satisfying and has many choices.

It was our first time here and a wonderful experience! Kids love the splash pool and we were excited to know there were more than 1 pool in this hotel. Facilities were all good, and family friendly. Kids room etc were all added points to this hotel. Hope to come back again in future

The pillow is too thin. There is a smell on the pillow and blanket. Hotel wifi cannot be accessed and the air conditioner is not cold.

Upon my departure, Amin was really friendly and on the day I checked in, I went for buffet dinner. I believe it was Mr. Saufi were really accommodating together with the rest of restaurant and kitchen staffs.

Staff are really friendly, we having a great time here! Thank you so much! We are enjoy our family time 🤍.

We had an excellent stay in this hotel!

We had a pleasant stay but for a 5 star hotel, there are still rooms for improvement. The hotel had great views and a big splash pool (main reason we booked this hotel) but there were not many seats for parents to put their belongings. During our stay, the rooftop pool were closed. For the price, the rooms were kind of small and there isn't anything special about the room. We had a 2 night stay and their make up room service were slow as we left our room in the morning and we came back around 4 o'clock but our room hasnt been cleaned. They had a large breakfast spread, and we lovee their waffle! Would we comeback again? Sure, for the pool and their sceneries.

The hotel is just perfect, the buffet was very delectable and we loved it. But the front desk staff are very rude and unprofessional. They were the only reason we didn't get to enjoy, they blocked us from our room, they didn't attend to our request even after calling the front desk 3 times, the housekeeping staff were much more better than the frontdesk staff and we had to queue to check out becoz only 1 counter was open.

Great getaway for family with children.

We really enjoyed our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. The room is spacious. The water park is the main attraction here for kids. Breakfast is undeniably awesome.

Saya booking bilik King Bed dan breakfast included, tapi tak perasan yang saya tak ubah setting ianya untuk sorang guest. Saya percaya jika ambil bilik untuk 2 orang, automatik ianya untuk 2 guest. Tetapi bila waktu breakfast saya dimaklumkan yang breakfast hanya untuk seorang, perlu bayaran untuk tambah seorang lagi bagi saya ia terlalu mengelirukan dan menyusahkan, jika perlu setting dulu untuk 2 guest walaupun ambil bilik yang memang untuk 2 orang. Harapnya perkara yang menyusahkan seperti ini dapat perhatian dan pihak hotel.
