-Reservation & Check in was easy
-Room had a beautiful layout
-Conditioner holder in shower broken
-Key cards didn’t work for outside entrances 2/3 of the stay.
-Room took an extremely long time to cool and felt humid most times.
Ice-maker on my floor (2) was broken and had a loud running water sound 2/3 of the stay.
-Most staff was very friendly but couldn’t do any room service, not even to bring bottles of water, but to understaffing.
-To top it off, though I’d already paid thru hotels.com at the time of booking, at checkout I was told I hadn’t paid and had a balance of $440 some odd dollars…
So needless to say, initially things started of well and went downhill after the first day…
