Gak sempat memfoto. Tapi mbaknya ramah ramah mau membantu apalagi saya check in tengah dalu. Bersih dan nyaman tempatnya.

Bersih dan nyaman, cuma kenapa ga ada handuk ya, di kamar mandi padahal ada sabun sama sampo.

Pelayanan ok staf ramah-ramah, tapi kondisi kamar kurang terutama tembok kamar kotor, di atas plafon kamar ada sawang, ac bocor, plafon deket pintu kamar mandi bocor. Tapi plusnya kamar mandi bersih ada air hangat walaupun ga hangat banget.

I'm staying in October 2023, taking 2 rooms x 2 nights, price around IDR 150 thousand per room per night. My review of Avisha Guesthouse: 1. The room is quite clean, only a few spots on the walls make it less than optimal 2. The sheets and comforter are white, so they look clean. And it's not tacky like some other budget rooms. 3. Towels are also clean. Because I stayed 2 nights, each room got 2 towels. 4. Liquid soap and shampoo are available in the bathroom. There are no toothbrushes, yes, it's also called a guesthouse. 5. AC + safe hot water, there is a TV too 6. There is parking for cars inside the fence (the fence is padlocked at night). In front of the guesthouse you can also park 2 more cars. There are no portals, so going back and forth by car at night is also okay 7. The most uncomfortable thing is that the sounds in the bathroom can be heard clearly in the hall. Hahaha 8. There is room service for cup style instant noodles, coffee, tea, etc 9. Footwear is opened in front of the house, but if it rains there is a lady who is ready to save the shoe rack 10. The meaning of a sharia guesthouse is more about the use of rooms by official couples only... Not an Islamic hotel like that. So there's no need to expect to be greeted with Assalamualaikum by the hijab-wearing ladies. Hehehe 11. Oh yes, I booked 2 twin rooms. But he gave me 1 twin room and a double bed room. So maybe if you want to order, make sure you give a note about the type of room Overall this place is really recommended, relatively cheap with good facilities.

Lokasi dekat dengan stasiun Malang, 5 menit dengan Grab. Kamar sangat nyaman, seperti berada di kamar hotel bintang 2. AC dingin, air panas ada, sabun dan shampo ada. Diberikan handuk diberikan 1 saja, meski kami nginap berdua. Kata pemiliknya kalau menginap 2 malam baru dikasi 2. Hanya sedikit kaget saja, pas datang ditanya tegas, sendiri apa berdua, berdua dengan siapa, dengan laki-laki atau perempuan, gitu deh.

It's nice to stay here. For car parking, only 2 cars were enough yesterday. I just parked outside, because it's a bit difficult if you want to get out and go again if you put the car in, because the parking lot is narrow. But it's safe even if parked outside. If you go to Malang again, I think I'll just stay here because it's cheap and very, very comfortable.
