On 6 October 2022 I booked a unit at Apartment Pakubuwono Terrace via the application for 16 to 18 December 2022. Booking on behalf of Anggi. D-3 the unit that I booked via the application was replaced by travelio with another unit on the grounds that the previous unit was not available. Today, December 16, we checked in late at 8.30 pm (but this has been confirmed by the person in charge of the unit) but unfortunately when we arrived at the unit we found the unit was damaged. Here are the details: 1. The door cannot be locked. 2. The kitchen set is dirty and smelly. 3. Black and dirty glass. 4. Cutlery is dirty and not cleaned. 5. Found cockroaches and cigarette butts in the sink area. 6. Humid bathroom and black floor, 7. Aqua in empty gallon, 8. Dust behind door and floor not cleaned. 9. Sponge washing dishes smells bad and dirty. 10. The refrigerator is very dirty. 11. The room is not cleaned. After making a complaint, I forced Travelio to come to clean it. One person came around 12pm and that was done. 1. Fix the door. 2. Sweep the floor. that's it. The rest did not take any action. Problems. 1. We did a late check out but found the unit was damaged, dirty and smelly while we brought the children. 2. The OB who was responsible reasoned that it was the responsibility of the morning shift child not him to clean the unit (very very disappointing) 3. The unit was dirty, the cutlery smelled, the bathroom was damp and the floor was black. Attached is proof of all unit conditions. Fyi I paid 1.4 million for two days and found the condition of the apartment very bad. This is annoying. After the staff came, they didn't take any action, there was no solution. To this day no more employees come because the master key is still broken. I contacted travelio's cs with no response.
