The room smells musty. The water also smells, after trying to sleep for a while, I can't stand the musty smell. Finally CO

I already gave information during booking that I would check in at 1 am, but the receptionist said that the room we were supposed to book had been given to someone else. So we were given another room that was suddenly prepared with a makeshift smell, a dirty bathroom, especially the closet, and the shower hose was loose. Luckily, it was just a transit. But even for a short transit, it was not comfortable at all.

Yesterday it was just transit. City center location, 10 minutes from Simpang Lima. Spacious room with 1 twin bed, 1 double bed, suitable for families. Cleanliness is decent, only the bathroom is a bit lacking, yesterday it smelled of cockroaches. Towels and amenities are provided. Friendly staff.

Overall okay and quite satisfying. The only downside is that there is no hot water in the bathroom. And maybe the alertness & friendliness of the staff needs to be improved again.

Very affordable prices, comfortable, the staff is also friendly. Recommended.
